MSF Friends & Supporters,

It is with some sadness and great pride that I want to let you know I am leaving the Matthew Shepard Foundation.

These eleven years have been an extraordinary tour of duty, kindling friendships and partnerships across the globe in the memory and name of a single extraordinary member of our community, and a friend. All of us who have been active with the Foundation have been showered by the love and respect the world still holds for Matt — fittingly so.

MSF is healthy and sustainable despite the worldwide downturn in economic prospects, and this strikes me as the right time to let new leadership rise and look to my own new horizons.

Matt and his family will always occupy a piece of my heart and I will forever be an eager contributor to the Foundation’s work. I am incredibly grateful for the privilege of serving MSF and will eternally be at their disposal in any way that I can be helpful.
