For 20 years, the Laramie Project has impacted individuals and communities while fostering important conversations about hatred and division. Each performance becomes an integral part of Matt’s legacy to foster a more caring and just world. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced dozens of performances to be canceled or postponed. We at MSF understand the amount of time, commitment and courage it takes for participants to engage in what can be an emotional and controversial process.
That said, we wish to recognize the hundreds of artists, producers, directors, teachers and actors who took on the challenge to perform the Laramie Project this spring. Although your production may not have reached audiences yet, your effort still inspires us to continue our critical advocacy work.
